So I have gained access to just about all Omega moves in Disgaea 5 and I played D2, 2, some of 3 and 4

I am seriously confused on who those summons are

Are they like FF summons and have official names

Are they some sort of deity?

I am looking to purchase someone's skill in making a skin in the DMZ HD style. I have references for the skin and what not, but I specifically want it in the DMZ HD style.
I am willing to pay 5-10$ USD, but can pay more if the previous work you've done is worth it.
