NOS Wenger + Eddie Bauer

Probably 25 years old, maybe more. Thrifted. Quartz. Still has the plastic on the case back. I could tell the original band had never been worn. I only wore it for an hour and the band showed marks, so yeah, it’s brand new. Love this.

Timex Fairlawn Avenue

New to me, and just plain new, as I had to take all the plastic off when I got it. The original orange nylon strap was horrendous, so I put it on this NATO and improved the look 1,000%. Really like it now.

Wenger 095.0489

A simple military field watch with a Ronda quartz movement and a date complication. Despite being at least 20 years old, it’s still accurate to less than five seconds per month.

Anchorage with Silicone Strap

New Expedition North Anchorage. The original bracelet has no micro adjustments so for me it’s a half link too big or too small. Seeing that this is a diver, I thought a silicone strap would be appropriate. I really like how this strap looks, especially how it makes the green in the dial pop. I’ll get an adjust-on-the-fly clasp from AliExpress soon.

Eddie Bauer Quartz

Eddie Bauer quartz watch, thrifted, vintage. Maybe from the late ‘90s or early 2000s. Keeps great time in the month or so that I’ve had it.

Delivered this past Thursday. Yes, the cyclops is comically small, but otherwise it’s a terrific watch.
