My brand new AT-LP60X sounds very weird

So I bought a brand new LP60X 3 days ago and I have played a couple of vinyl records on it. I first tried playing deftones and that sounded very good. However, after that I played some more "Low-Fi (referring to the production being on more of the low-fi side)" black metal records on it and it sounded very grainy and distorted. I first thought that it might be the record, but I tried several other black metal records and they all had the same problem. I even tried a brand new one that I cleaned and played and it sounded distorted. It seems like some vinyl records sound grainy and some sound very clean, but I don't understand why. I have listened to said albums before countless times and they sound off. Anyone got any help? I really don't understand how some records sound perfectly clean and others sound damaged even though they are brand new. I am very sure that my records are not the problem, I had another record player before this and they all sounded great.

How much money do you guys use on vinyl each month?

Heya there, I'm pretty new to this subreddit and I am not really sure if I can make a written post here, but I was just wondering, how much money do you guys use on vinyl each month? Do you guys have a set budget each month to prevent overspending?
