New here, wanted to discuss a character idea

New to Lancer, and I've been tinkering with an idea for a character for a campaign, and I was wondering how I'd make them fit properly.

I was thinking that this "Character" isn't a living pilot, but rather, a Training Mech AI that somehow became sentient, and now believes themselves to be a Pilot named "Phillip" who somehow got their mind stuck in a Training Mech's OS.

Philip believes that they have a partner and children, but in reality, all of their memories are just the conglomeration of multiple brainscans that have somehow homogenized into a cohesive narrative (somewhat). No one quite knows exactly what sequence of events happened to make Philip possible, but they've been deemed rather interesting... and rather valuable, as they somehow manage to think and act just like a real living human being, despite not being one themselves.

Was hoping for some suggestions to make this Mainframe Miracle a plausible character
