Form Check/advice
Hey yall! Ive been in and out of fitness since my early 20s (I'll be 38 tomorrow!) and I'm kinda stuck at about 15 pull ups. I can sometimes hit 16 or 17 but usually gas out right at about 15 (got a sloppy 16th one in this video).
I do weighted pull ups with 25 lbs and usually shoot for 3x10 but only get 10/7/7.
I want to get to 20 pull ups but I've been stuck where I'm at for a while now. The weighted pull ups helped me get from 15 to *sometimes* hitting 16/17 but its not consistent.
Is there anything I can do with my form to help out or do I just need to keep on truckin?
