A wonderful night walk through the ancient streets of Kyoto and a magnificent view.
A magnificent temple situated on a hillside, it is a place that combines spirituality and nature.
Hi everyone. I’m looking for opinions, suggestions and advice from this community about the itinerary I’ve put together for my 29-day trip to Thailand, which will take place from mid-November to mid-December.
A little about me: I’m a 40-year-old man travelling solo. I’m very interested in history and culture, I love music, and I really enjoy exploring neighbourhoods and cities.
I’ve planned this trip around exploration: I’d like to experience the different neighbourhoods, visit temples and historical monuments, and generally soak up the atmosphere of each place. For this reason, I’ve mostly kept museums and indoor attractions as optional activities or alternatives in case of bad weather. I also really enjoy nature.
I’ll also be taking part in the HOKA Chiang Mai Thailand by UTMB, specifically the Inthanon 20.
I’ve tried to plan a trip without rushing from place to place, leaving enough time to enjoy the destinations and whatever situations arise. For this reason, many of the days are deliberately flexible, and I can easily add or remove visits depending on how I feel.
