What is this on my finger? Been like is about a year - year and a half I think
Started just under my finger nail, but has spread to this size. It's not quite visible but it always contains tiny black dots. At first I thought there were tiny metal splinters (I work construction), so I dug them all out with a sharp knife but they came back.
Very sensitive to touch. In the cold and dry it is much worse. Cracks loads but doesn't really bleed
