I have a good client that has a problem neighbour. They Airbnb all the time and they’re really noisy. So she’d like a privacy fence (6 foot) put in between the two properties - no big deal. But …. The fence goes directly over where their septic holding tank is. So can’t put anything in the ground.

It’s not a long fence - 50 feet. I was trying to come up with creative solutions. Would a fence built attached to heavy planters at the base of the fence work? It can get windy as she’s on a lake.

I really don’t think the weight would be enough to stabilize the fence. Thoughts?
