After being deactivated for 180 days (04-11-2025 until 04-05-2026), they gave me another 90 days. In the first week of August 2026 I asked them again to open my account, but again they give me another 90 days, total 360 days. When will this childish game stop? They keep on saying time after time they protect me against potential financial loss this is incorrect and untrue. Therefore, I would like Kraken know that I appreciate receiving my money €7.537,- wallet 1 & 2 in my ABN AMRO bank account and then delete my account, problem solved no financial loss anymore.
