"I prefer black girls" , but they weren't actually talking about her:
Whenever someone states they "prefer black women", it always makes me feel some type of way because I know what black women in their head think of. And if such a black woman is to deviate from that racist stereotypical preconception they are suddenly "white washed" or "I wasn't talking about that type of black women". If you don't like ALL black women, don't say you prefer them, it always implies that you think the race has some inherent qualities in physical appearance or aspects of personality you prefer when that's just simply pseudoscience. And this goes for ALL aesthetics black women fall into.
Black women can be anything, and do anything, and don't fit into the mold that society tries to put us into. We are not just sex objects to pleasure you, but we are people that want someone to know our souls, explore our being, and feel a genuine sense of sentiment and longing.
Black women are so much more then the box society consistently tries to put us into. You are beautiful and so much more than that!
