I know the REAL reason D2 Died!
It's been clear to me the reason of Destiny 2 and BUNGIE as a WHOLE is dying is because they never added DREG'S PROMISE to the game during Season of Plunder back in Witch Queen.
THINK ABOUT IT!!!!!!
The stars aligned that season for it's return being the Arc/Fallen season but NO!!! We got Delicate Tomb instead of completing the Fallen Exotic trio that was missing it's final member. Ever since then the game was cursed by Dreg's Promise and that promise was to KILL the game.
Soon month's later LIGHTFALL came out. Need I say more?
Were they to add it back then as they should have we would have already be playing D3 with multiple GOTY awards without question in my mind.
