Hey hey, I've got some sun and heat sensitivity and I'm working on improving my endurance with some cardio but when my sibling mentioned that they'd love to be able to tour the farmer's market with me it occurred to me that I'd also have a problem with the sun and heat. Has anyone tried using a parasol, and has it helped? I'm browsing Etsy and found some fun crochet patterns but idk about committing to one if it just straight up doesn't help at all.
