Hi all! I have a package from my Kaddy through UPS and I got a notice saying that I need to fill out a toxic substance control act declaration form. I’ve gotten a few kaddy packages and never had to fill one out before. Has anyone had experience on how to fill this out?

I searched online and the fountain pen community seems to have had this issue typically - I’m not sure what may have flagged it. My box just has the usual - merch items (no stationery iirc), albums, dolls, some cheering kits.

Any suggestion appreciated!
