Landlord just showed up with people to appraisal the house without our knowledge when he told us he was showing up to fix the house
I’ll be messaging the real estate regarding this so if anyone knows what section it is in the tenancy act that would highly appreciated!
The real estate messaged us that the landlord was coming over to fix a few things himself and instead he came over with people to appraise the house without our knowledge.
