Cue Agents by Manus... A lot of potential!!

Been using Cue by Manus for a bit over a week now, and I must say I have been impressed (although it can still improve a lot, of course), and I can really see its potential! This could be a huge win for Manus if they continue to advance and enhance the 'personal agent' capabilities.

It's basically a direct competitor to Muse, Instinct, or Dots. Personally, Cue has been my favourite. I've created about 8 agents for various things. I can see it really automating end-to-end workflows for a lot of tasks.

If you want examples of what you can use Cue for and how it differs from other agents, just ask the question in Manus or any other LLM. Ask it for real-world use cases and examples.

Hope the Manus team keep working on this to stay near the frontier of personal agents!

The Manus potential...

I took a long break from Manus (6-9 months) due to how fast it was burning tokens, and also the 'sale' to Meta.

I logged back in last week and saw that they were letting people use Manus for free for a short period of time. I've been playing around with some of the new features and completed several tasks. All I can say is that Manus has some huge potential if they get back on track! In my opinion, they need to focus on the following:

  1. Forget selling to a Western company. Go back to the China roots and build. Look at how impressive and popular Kimi and Qwen have become. Manus can be just as popular.

  2. Must improve the token burning issue. You can't charge so much per month and have the tokens burn with just a few relatively simple tasks.

  3. Service needs to improve. I haven't had service issues, but a lot of people have complained about that.

  4. Keep building and pushing the limits. Better intelligence, more features, more agent capabilities. Gotta push to be at the frontier of Agentic AI features and capability.

If they can focus and improve all of those, they have massive potential! I want to see Manus be a huge winner...

"Your conversation is getting too long"...

I love Kimi 2.6 for general use (free web app version), but after an hour of back and forth, I hit the "Your conversation is getting too long" wall. Does this change if I got the paid version?? I'm in the middle of a great conversation/exercise with Kimi, and then I hit that wall - very frustrating.

Does anyone have a solution??

DeepSeek is great but....

I love DeepSeek, but I really want a few things for it to become my one and only model for everyday use... Better features and UI! Kimi, Qwen, and Claude all have features like PPT/Doc generation, slides, deep research, sheets, etc.

When using the 'expert' function in DeepSeek, you can't even attach files now. I love the model, but I find myself going to some of the other models when I need those sorts of features.

I really hope that DeepSeek continues to make their models more powerful, but also starts to add the features that the others have, so it can stay very competitive.
