AVOID Lovechild by Masaba — Lost ₹4000, no support, got ghosted
Posting this so others don't make the same mistake I did.
I ordered ₹4,000 worth of products from Lovechild by Masaba (prepaid) and my parcel has been stuck with Shiprocket for days. What followed was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had with any Indian brand:
- Customer care number? Dead. Doesn't connect.
- Emails? Not a single reply.
- Instagram DM? Got one response saying "wait 48 hours for delivery or we'll refund." Waited. Now they've stopped replying there too.
₹4,000 gone, parcel in limbo, and the brand has completely ghosted me.
My honest advice — do NOT order from Lovechild by Masaba, especially prepaid. If their customer support collapses the moment something goes wrong with shipping, they do not deserve your money. There are plenty of other Indian beauty brands that actually show up when there's a problem.
Masaba Gupta has built this brand on her personal reputation — but behind the aesthetic Instagram feed, there is apparently zero operational accountability.
Save yourself the stress. Avoid this brand.
