Should I bulk if I still look small or continue body recomping?

I've been thinking of bulking because I still look small even while body recomping for 2-3 months.. But I don't wanna gain too much fat? Should I just continue body recomp? Also in the 3 month period I've been recomping not much has changed especially strength..

Edit: my goal is to look aesthetic My current stats are Benchpress: 120lbs for 8 reps Deadlift: 170lbs for 8 reps Squat: 130lbs for 10
