Is the GMAT unfair for non-native English speakers?
I speak German. How am I supposed to get the same score as a native English speaker on an incredibly difficult verbal test?
Everybody knows this. The GMAT is highly unfair for non-native English speakers. My professor knows it, the GMAT Council knows it. So?
Why is it still like this?
To get into a top business school like the one I am aiming for, I need to score around 85-90 on Verbal and at least 85–90 on Quant to reach a total score of 650-700
Well, since I will probably never score that high on Verbal, I will have to increase my Quant score to around 95–100 to compensate.
I understand these are the rules of the game, but WHY? And what should I do as a non-native English speaker to get the same opportunity as a native English speaker?
My GMAT in in 2 months. Please help me.
