How do i overall improve my AFT as a smaller guy currently in AIT
I am 18 years old, 125 pounds, 5’5 and gaining weight has always been a struggle for me. However i think i can still get much stronger as a smaller guy. Currently my aft scores sit at 14:40 2 miler, 220 DL, 1:53 SDC, max plank, 45 HR pushups. Prior to enlisting ive always been active and play basketball often but coming here just showed me i still have a ways to go physically and my legs are what is lacking the most because id say my upper body strength is decent (I can do 60-70 standard push ups in a row or 15+ pull ups).
My next aft is in 4 weeks and i need a routine i can do without weights in my room to atleast try to see some improvement. If anyone can at all help
