Indian women's org won't let the rape laws becomegender neutral so why don't men just ask for a seperate section for male rapes?
Title. I know gender neutral has pushback so why not just make separate laws?
Edit: since everyone is pointing out the opposition against gender-neutral laws. Exactly my point- gender-neutral is opposed so just ask for separate section.
Also the main argument used against Gender-neutral wasn't false cases but rather dilution of cases by counter-cases. (Aka prolonging court trial time by claiming - 'No the victim raped me instead' which doesn't happen in separate sections)
