pls give me some advice
so I was quite slim but after exams, i have put on quite some weight. this is because I wasnt doing any physical activity for 2-3 months and also ate more during the time i was prepping for the exam. I have also developed an habit to eat a lot and I feel a lot more hungry than before. tbh if this was the case w me since forever id be fine w it but this has happened only recently.
currently, im 63kgs ,5'4, and about 30 inches waist.
originally i was ablut 57kgs, 28-27 inches waist with the same height.
the weight gain is visible on my arms, thighs, face, and stomach obviously.
any tips for losing weight ? I want to be about 28 inches in the next one month and maybe lose 1-2 kgs. What workouts should I do? Is walking helpful? How should I stop myself from eating unnecessarily? How do I target the arm fat?
Please give me all the tips you have that have helped you.
