I’d really love to hear something from my dad. I could really use his guidance and support. I’m going through some emotionally challenging things right now and I’d love to hear anything from him to know he’s here.
The family that I have left is not as supportive or comforting as my dad was. I miss him terribly.

I am one of those lucky people who gets eaten alive by bugs, no matter what. I always have so many citronella candles going when I’m camping. I’ve tried the bands you put around your wrist (in fact I’ve used them on both wrists and both ankles at the same time)
I don’t love the feeling of bug spray on my skin, particularly if I’m camping and can’t shower if off. But I will use it if necessary.
Many years ago I tried that fan thing that goes on your belt or hangs off your pocket and is supposedly supposed to make a barrier around you. I don’t remember that working.
What is your solution to pesky bugs?
It seems like ever since they switched to those weird paper cup with the flaps for a lid, they stopped actually swirling the ingredients. They just get layered if you’re lucky or if you’re not, they throw toppings haphazardly on top of some soft serve and that is it.
I thought maybe it was a fluke until it happened at 2 different locations.
Why are we not mixing these anymore?
My storage unit at my business was severely water damaged. My insurance lady needs a letter from my landlord saying that a pipe broke and he refuses to write one for me.
I’m not sure what else to do. I have thousands of dollars of stuff in that unit that I’m hoping to be compensated for.
I think he’s worried that his insurance will go up or he’ll have issues with his grant money that he just got.
Storage unit flooded. I submitted an insurance claim and said a pipe burst. Hoping that fuckin works! But FUCK this fuckin sucks.
