I’ve been on lexapro for 3 yrs and while it has helped me in many ways, I feel like it’s affected my ability to build physical intimacy

When I do like someone, I don’t feel those strong intimate feelings and I feel like I do have to force it. Getting off lexapro or altering my dose is not an option for me

Does anyone have any advice?
