Anyone else get hit with a trademark complaint for "free rewards" gaming content?

Run a gaming blog, mostly guides and "free rewards" roundups such as how to earn free coins in game X. Got a takedown complaint forwarded by my host last week, a brand protection firm going after a page that had the game's name + "free gold" in the title/URL. 60 hours to fix it or get suspended.

I don't use words like "generator" or "unlimited" and now I've added "not affiliated with X" disclaimers on game specific posts.

Anyone else deal with this? Curious if:

  • these fixes actually stop repeat complaints or the bots just keep flagging you anyway
  • anyone's run into BrandShield or similar firms before
  • it ever goes past a host forwarding a complaint, or if it always just resolves once you comply
  • covering big IP like EA makes it worse

Any real experience appreciated, trying to figure out how much of this is just cost of doing business vs actually fixable.

Anyone using Vidverto for website monetization?

I have a blog that gets around 160k sessions and 250k pageviews per month. Right now I'm monetizing with AdSense but revenue is pretty disappointing, usually around $10-$15 per day.

About a month and a half ago I applied to Journey by Mediavine, but I still haven't received an approval or rejection, so I've been looking at other options in the meantime.

Recently, a company called Vidverto reached out and offered to monetize my site with video and banner ads. So before I test them, I'd like to hear from publishers who have actual experience with them.

How are their CPMs? (Especially for Tier 1 traffic) How do they compare to AdSense? Did you see a noticeable increase in revenue after switching or adding their ads?

Also, if you think Vidverto isn't the best option, which ad network would you recommend for a site with my traffic levels?

Thanks in advance.

Has anyone here worked with Vidverto recently?

I got an offer from them to monetize my content with their video ads and would love to hear some feedback from publishers who have worked with them.

How was your CPM overall (especially for tier 1 countries)? And which ad formats performed best for you?

Any information would be really helpful.

Thanks!
