Booking request for July 2027
I just received a booking request for two weeks in July 2027. I'm not able to accept the request because tbqh I have no idea what my situation will be then. I do this as a side hustle as I'm sure many people do, and I fit it around my life, not the other way around.
Sadly Rover doesn't give the option of declining due to the dates being too far in the future, which puts me in an awkward position. All I can select is that I'm not available, which then means Rover block my availability for those two weeks and I won't get any future booking requests in the two weeks that are peak holiday times.
Maybe it's just me but this seems unfair?
Edit: I didn't realise you can amend your availability manually after declining. Thanks to everyone who let me know 😊
