Does anybody here know how to directly reach Lenovo's software department?

We are a SBC, and I ordered a thinksystem server with multiple VM additions and was not provided license keys for them. I continue to get kicked down the road citing they need 24-48 more hours. Its been 192 hours since opening the case and there has ben zero movement. Citing the "Software department is working on it..." any help is appreciated.
