Appraiser Andy Burdge Home Site Valuations
Has anyone in this sub worked with this guy?
I have never been more frustrated working with someone. I have a closing next week and he has missed 3 timelines without getting me the appraisal. He pushes it back every time with no apgolizes and excuses like "the appraiser had school work".
Making this post to ensure nobody ever works with this guy. But also recommendations on an appraiser than can do a turnaround in a day.
