Hi all, I’ve got NYC coming up 6/7. Did something to the arch area of my foot (probably over training) and I’m programmed to do 400-600-800-1,000-800-600-400 meter runs this week. I’m thinking I should sub the running for ergs instead until I get this straightened out, but how can I make the erg work closest equal to that of the running? I know the bike erg is not equivalent meters wise to running. I also have access to an assault bike as well. Would that be a better option?
