2006 manual 350z . Engine just started making this noise on the way home from work. I could hear it echoing off of other cars as I passed by . It sounds like it’s coming from the top of the engine but I could be wrong it is very loud. Am I cooked? Do I need a new engine or a rebuild. Really don’t want to lose this car.
