I’m looking for people who had their Spark Driver account deactivated due to a payment setup issue (especially related to ONE or DDI), and later got their account reactivated.
My issue was technical — the ONE payment option disappeared, and even though I entered my bank details correctly, the system did not accept them. Because of this, I couldn’t complete the setup and my account was deactivated.
I have already gone through multiple support calls and a pre-arbitration process, and my case was sent to investigation.
If anyone had a similar situation and got their account back (even after months), I would really appreciate hearing your experience and what helped.
