Got glands checked today. looked great and spurt out like olive oil when pressed. I’m also producing enough tears and have healthy osmolarity scores. The only thing was they saw some allergies in my eye. Not sure where to go from here. Can my oil be poor quality? Should I try an allergy drop? Or other tests I should do?

New sufferer of a couple symptoms and just wondering if there’s anyone I can pm who feels knowledgeable so I can ask questions to about it.
