What's the difference in pms and early pregnancy white discharge

Unprotected sex multiple times during fertile window but no ejaculation inside.

Last period 16 april and average cycle length 32 days. Period was expected on 17 may but still haven't got it on 20 may. Also I'm not experiencing my usual pms symptoms. Getting constant watery white discharge.
