I was thinking it myself, and I’ve seen a few on Twitter suggest it but all this talk about dying, being a widow from Jimmy - which is very understandable considering what Juliei is going through etc but it’s making me worry that we’re about to go into her last storyline which will lead to her passing. I would’ve understood if the mention of feeling for Julie happened once but there was two scenes of her just talking about death?

She also didn’t appear for months, randomly reappeared and has been given a two month late 90th birthday?

Am I reading too much into this?

I absolutely hated her when she first returned but she quite quickly grew on me and now she’s one of my favourites - Wadey has to do everything in his power to get Karen on a permanent contract because she has been absolutely fantastic in this storyline!

They need to display how she copes in the long term after his death and for her to become a proper matriarch community character on the square.
