So I currently am walking with a $200 Breville Grinder, and am going to rock it until the wheels fall off, but I don’t want to deal with a series of increasingly expensive grinders while having gear fomo and ultimately buying an end game grinder, so I’m going to skip all the intermediate steps, make an informed decision, and keep that in my back pocket until a day comes where I want to get in generational debt. My options for endgame grinders are Kafatek Monolith, Option-O Lagom O1, and Weber EG-1. Are there any definitive winners between these three? I’m leaning for Kafatek, but the other two aren’t without their charms.
