Okay, so I just started working here and I'm not able to download the ESS App because I don't even have the funds to update my billing info or something like that. But during orientation, it said that there's a desktop version of the same thing. The problem is I can't find it anywhere at all? Is it obsolete? Is it officially gone? How can I access it so I can see my schedule on my own computer? This is urgent because I might be working starting as early as next week and the only way I can pay for my phone and other things right now is by going to work. But how am I supposed to know when when I can't even access my schedule?
