Hello, so basically i had a blood test recently and usually my E is around ≈ 200 pg/ml, but this time it was ≈ 400 pg/ml, i took my blood test 11 hours after my last E gel application both time and idk why it changed so much. i’m under mono therapy my T was still as suppress as the last time being ≈ 0.3 ng/ml. the only thing i changed was quit vaping/smoking but idk i mainly heard that it’s wen u take pills that it affects estradiol levels so idk. if anyone has any idea advice, i wanna lower a bit my dose causse 400 is too much i think but idk
