Just set up three SOLIX C1000X batteries…have a few questions!

I was very excited to get my new home office/Internet/+a few extra things back up set up today! The power in my general area of my town has become very unreliable. Apparently it’s an old line and for the last few years we’ve routinely been out for a few hours every two or three months, but it’s accelerating…we’ve been out twice in the last two weeks! I work from home so I’d finally had enough and ordered three of these with one solar charger, which I likely won’t need, but it might come in handy for a longer storm related outage. I’ve also scheduled installation of a garage door opener with a battery back up.

I have noticed on the app that they do run a little hot. I don’t know if they will cool down once they sit for a bit after being fully charged? I’m wondering what are the best places to keep them? The one in my office is under my desk, which is a table type desk so it gets lots of airflow but it is sitting on carpet. The one in my bedroom, where the router and modem are, is in a built-in wall cavity that was designed for a old tube TV so there’s plenty of room for it to sit back behind the flatscreen TV. I’m hoping it gets enough airflow back there? That’s where my Internet comes into the house so I really can’t move it. The third one is kind of extra and I have behind a chair in the living room where I think it will get plenty of airflow.

My question is, does anyone have any insight on the best place to keep these so they don’t pose a fire risk? Does my set up sound OK? Because I don’t want to lose power for my office set up I need to keep my modem, router and mesh system plugged in at all times to my bedroom battery and I need to keep my computer and monitors, at a minimum, plugged into my office battery so I won’t lose power if it cuts out during the day. Neither of them seems to draw much power when I’m using the connected devices.

I’m new here, so I would appreciate any tips or advice!
