so i booked a flight with go to gate as a third party with Royal Jordanian airways from dubai to algeria, i checked in at the airport, then due to visa issues i wasn’t able to leave the UAE so i was sent back and had to cancel my flight, now that my visa problem is fixed i called Gotogate customer service and rescheduled my flight, i paid the fee required to do so through a payment link sent to my mail, later i received a call from the same agent who rescheduled my flight telling me that there was another fee that he forgot to put in that payment and i had to pay it again separately and if i don’t i risk losing the flight,
i was wondering is this legit and might happen or am i getting scammed?
and i really can’t afford to lose this flight again
