Hi everyone!
My original power brick for my MOZA R12 died, and I’m currently working on a DIY replacement using an amazon quality 36V 16.6A (600W) switching power supply from Amazon.
Since I don't have the original cable anymore, I need to build a new 6-pin Molex cable from scratch. Could someone with a MOZA R9 or R12 and a multimeter help me confirm the polarity (pinout) of the connector?
I specifically need to know:
• Which pins are Positive (+36V)?
• Which pins are Negative (GND)?
(A quick photo or a simple diagram of the connector faces showing which side is which would be a lifesaver!)
I want to make sure I don't fry my base by reversing the polarity. Thanks in advance for the help!
I know the R12 uses 36V and 13A, but I assume it’s not a problem if I use this generic 36V 16A power supply; please give me your recommendations to do this the best way possible.
For those who are going to tell me to contact Moza support, I already did, but the power brick will take a month to arrive in my country, so I can't wait that long since I have a few things to do with this base.
