Hey, I’m looking for someone to take over my room at The Marshall this summer (early June 2026 to end of July -negotiable). It’s a 3b3.5b loft and you’ll have your own bedroom and bathroom. Super close to campus (about 5 min walk) and Target is downstairs. My roommates are UMN students and pretty quiet. Summer rent is $849/month. Also open to someone taking it from June 2026 to August 2027, or just the full lease from August 2026 to August 2027 (original rent $909, price negotiable—DM for details).
