Any HR or recruiters here? TELL ME WHY YOU ALWAYS GHOST AN APPLICANT. Why would you say empty words like “ofc we will give you an update regarding your application status” and not do it? Simpleng update manlang sana, kahit pa rejection yan eh maaappreciate namin! I just think most of you are being unprofessional! It kinda gives me the impression na ganito rin yung company sa mga empleyado nila!

You have high standards sa mga applicants nyo pero kayo mismo you can’t uphold it!

Does this mean you can’t do your jobs well?!

For now, I won’t mention companies, pero it really sucks to be treated this way!
