Second opinion nose job help

I’m planning on getting a nose job. I went and had a first opinion and really liked the surgeon. He said I needed a revision rhinoplasty using donor cartilage and my diverted septum fixed. He fully examined my nose and then asked me what I wanted. I said I wanted it back to how it looked before I broke it and showed him a photo. He gave a really comprehensive view of what needed changing and the results.

I just went for a second opinion and the guy gave me no confidence at all. He didn’t examine my nose at first and just gave me a mirror and said what do you want changed. I said I wanted it straightened. He said it’s better to do via filler. He didn’t examine the inside of my nose until I said I can’t breathe out of one nostril. His exam gave me zero confidence and I prefer the first guy, but I’m now wondering whether I should get another assessment? Am I freaking out for no reason?
