We are on night one of Ferber with our 7 month old doing checks of 8, 10, 12, 15, 20. At the 20 minute check she had spit up all over her arms so I had to change her pjs. She was instantly calm when I picked her up. How long did this take for your baby? I am feeling so guilty having her cry so long but idk what else to do. She will not transfer from asleep and will only sleep in our arms. Please let me know how long the first night took for everyone. I know I pretty much reset everything by picking her up but I couldn’t leave her all wet like that.
