Does anyone use the POM log in epic in their workflow? If so how does it work? Do notes get created in patient chart? Does only pharmacy see the pom log?
Does anyone work in a childrens hospital that has an Assessment of Risk for USP 800 medications they are willing to share?
Can someone walk me through how to set up or run a report where i can get the order number of all the orders i have verified in a certain day? I just want it so if there is downtime i can back to the profile and double check my work.
