New to living alone in my 50s
I am 54F and in the process of splitting up from my husband of 30 years. I have never lived alone - I went from my parents’ house to shared accommodation at uni to moving in with my husband. I’m quite apprehensive of how I will cope after living in a busy family home for all these years (children are adults now and making their own separate plans).
Anyone else been in the same situation? Any tips for coping with the change?
