Pick carts say to push not to pull but leadership says otherwise

My digital coach is saying they will coach and fire if we don’t pull rather than push and AP Coach is saying if they see us pull they will coach.

How can I protect myself because this is a damned if I do damned if I don’t situation.

I was working and an individual came in and set fire to the store. I don’t want to get into specifics about the situation but I did not clock out and fled. This happened at 130 and was scheduled till 2. Am I supposed to adjust my time or leave the auto generated clock out punch.

I’m on vacation and don’t have management contact info 😬
