Hi everyone, I have a marble dining table with some white circular marks and dull spots on the surface (photo attached). In some areas, the marks even feel slightly raised or textured when touched. The damage is mostly visible under certain lighting. I already tried gently cleaning the surface, but the marks are still there. From what I’ve researched, it seems like it could be marble etching or surface damage rather than a normal stain. I’m trying to figure out the safest way to restore or repair the surface without making it worse. Any advice or recommendations would really help. Thanks!
