Has anyone on JAK inhibitors completely relapsed with their alopecia before? Im getting scared.
Okay for context I am 16 and on ritlecitinib/litfulo and have gained 100 percent of all my hair back from loosing about 90 percent of it on my scalp and all my eyebrows and half a lid of lashes. I have a super thick head of hair now and suddenly ive lost my lashes on one of my eyes and have a bald spot in my hair. Im noticing shedding when looking down onto my work. Hair shedding seems normal right like everyone loses hair, its normal but im shedding multiple lashes a day which NEVER happened before hairloss.
ANYWAYS what im really asking is has anyone in this reddit experienced full relapse on any sort of JAK inhibitor or hair growth drug thing (idk what to refer them to). Im experiencing SOME regrowth on my lashes but theres only like one or two lashes coming back and ive still got some falling out. My mam noticed that my eyebrows seemed to be thinning aswell, which i can manage so for now im just filling in the bald spot with eyeliner when i can be bothered cus it gives the illusion i still have full lashes since the ones that stick out at the end are still there luckily. I have some white eyelashes but idk if that means regrowth or what cus like i said im still loosing them. prom is literally in 3 weeks ughhh 💔
