Hello! My friend and I noticed we were ONLY playing on canal, cracked, trenches and aftershock.
If this is happening to you, too, click on the "Attack and Defend" image above where you click to queue and then right click on "Attack and Defend" to get the map list. You will see where I circled in yellow in the image a download option to download the missing maps.
Not sure how this happened to us, but hopefully it helps someone else.
