I (non Muslim) am currently dating a Muslim girl. We really love eachother and we do wanna marry eachother. But the issue is religion. I don't believe in islam. I'm an athiest. I never was a Muslim either. She's a Muslim but not a fully practicing Muslim. She says she can only marry me if I'm Muslim which I understand. But like. I don't find this religion that believable. I've heard more bad things than good. I have a lot of questions to ask about Islam but don't know where to go. I'm scared that if I go to an imam and ask a question and accidentally offend them I might end up in trouble. I don't wanna lose her either. And like what if they don't wanna have a conversation with me if my questions do offend them. Any advice.
Additionally. I used to be very interested in islam 2 years ago but never really became Muslim because I did research and like it kinda pushed me away from it.
